Warranties & Replacements

ONE-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Cabeau’s stringent requirements and rigorous testing ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. We will replace any product that is found to be damaged at time of purchase or to have defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of the original purchase date.

In accordance with this warranty, Cabeau will:

  • Replace the defective component with a new Cabeau part, or
  • Replace the defective product with a new Cabeau product, or
  • Provide you with another product of equal value (if the same style is no longer available)

A $10 handling fee plus shipping charge is applied to any replacement (International shipments may incur additional customs/tariffs which are the sole responsibility of the customer). To submit a claim, please follow the instructions below:

REPLACING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

To process your replacement, email support@cabeau.com with the following information:

  • Name of Cabeau product
  • Describe the defect and include a photo of the damaged portion of product
  • Proof of purchase such as receipt or credit card statement indicating:
    - Name of store or website where item was purchased
    - Date of purchase
    - Order number (if website purchase)
  • Clear/legible photo of the TOP of the white paper washing care label sewn into the zipper seam at back of pillow
  • Shipping address where you want to receive the replacement
  • Telephone contact number

Once your information is received, we will send you a notification email indicating whether or not your product meets the warranty requirements.

For items that necessitate a return, we will instruct you how to document the permanent destruction of the product so the unusable remnants can be disposed without incurring additional shipping expense to physically return product.

If a credit is issued, it will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-5 business days.

REQUESTING A REFUND

Refunds can only be processed within 30-days of purchase date. Monetary refunds are only available for purchases placed on www.cabeau.com. Refunds for purchases made from other retail outlets should be processed at those retail outlets.

If a customer chooses to seek a refund for purchases made at other retail outlets through www.cabeau.com, we will only provide store credit on www.cabeau.com for the lowest advertised price within the last year (including sales or promotions). This option is available at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WE RECYCLE

We've partnered with a local facility to make sure our memory foam is recycled properly. Reach out to our customer service team through the chat or through the customer service link on the home page and we'll send directions on where to send your used memory foam.
